FAMILY ALBUM
Introducing oneself is not an easy task..
Who could better tell about the family album than once customers that are now friends ?

By a bright morning of 1998, the hand of fate played tricks in Lozère where it first united a young man from Berry to a young girl from Bretagne to achieve a wedding, a child, and an out-standing guest house. It then drove me there to discover an out of common character that had already achieved many lives in thirty years or so.

From Parisian palaces to the sumptuous lunches in the Elysee, from round-the-world travels to the tops of Himalayas, from the forgotten Chinese café in Manhattan to polar expeditions with Paul-Emile Victor in Antarctic, from the salmon streams in Alaska to the soft breeze mood of the Philippines, from the high table lands of Vercors to the arctic trips, how many long remembrances have been shared... Christian is probably more than that. Notwithstanding his professional competence, sincere friendship is the key word...

...And then there is his wife, Agnès, who left her job as a disabled-children educating assistant to share this new adventurous life. She brought forswith a remarkable sweetness to cool the master's roughness. Is it the joy she filled his life with that reveals in the cooking? I am quite convinced of the point.
